National Solar Radiation Data Base User's Manual (1961-1990)
The National Solar Radiation Data Base was produced by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), formerly the Solar Energy Research Institute, under the Department of Energy's (DOE) Resource Assessment Program. All of the meteorological data were provided by the National Climatic Data Center (NCDC), a part of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
